Hi we're Genette and Kevin Purnell.
As the founders of Purnell Citywide we have seen it all, the 18% interest rates of the late 80's, the 3% interest rates we currently have, multi-list, the rise (and fall) of many of our competitors but we have always tried to keep our service level the same. We have always instilled in our staff that there is nothing like old school service and effective communication and we hope this forms the foundation of the future of Purnell Real Estate.
We are thrilled to see Brie and Nick taking over the family business and cannot wait to see what the future has in store.
Hi I am Nick.
I believe that when looking for an agent you have two choices, one is to choose the general practitioner who may know a little about everything, or the second option is to choose the specialist in that area. The specialist will have a greater knowledge of their market, a greater database full of buyers and know how to market each property to suit what these buyers are looking for. For me, I am a specialist in the Inner South. I have sold more properties in Barton and Kingston over the past twelve months when compared to any other agent.

Hi I'm Brie.
I started at Purnell while I was still at school and left to explore life in Sydney in my 20's but the pull of the family business was too strong to keep me away. Whilst I learnt a lot working for a number of Sydney agencies there is no place like home. I'm the typical middle child, social and an expert negotiator (I had to be). As the head of property management I am responsible for the management of new business and our higher end properties.

Hi I'm Teresa.
I'm a career property manager, having been at Purnell Real Estate since 2004. When I am not in the office looking after my mixture of both furnished and unfurnished properties, I am usually outdoors spending time trail running, at our farm in Braidwood or spending time with my two beautiful children. I value my client relationships and enjoy that every day is different in the property management world.

Hi I'm Sarah.
As a mother of three boys no challenge is too difficult. I love the personal relationships I develop with both my owners and tenants and can often be caught helping a tenant out with their garden if its getting too much, as spending time in my own is one of the things I love most. As a former nurse I used to care for my patients but now I spend my time caring for my clients. My aim is for everyone to feel that I am approachable and comfortable with my service
